Airports are changing faster than ever. Accommodating more passengers, introducing new technology, new operating models, and new infrastructure are all critical pieces of airport modernization plans.
The challenge is turning all that change and investment into experiences that work for airport operators, stakeholders like airlines and government agencies, and passengers.
Synect is showing how they are helping move airports and passengers forward at FTE Global’s 20th Anniversary show.
From September 8–10, we return as FTE’s Diamond Sponsor, and we have an incredible show planned:
At 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9th, we'll share demonstrations of our new, AI-powered Airport Content Framework during the Tech & Innovation Briefing.
At 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9th, our panel will take the stage for “The Checkpoint Has Changed: How TSA Gold+ and Next-Generation Technology Are Redefining Airport Security Right Now.”
Between panels and tours, we’ll be in Booth C1 with Daktronics to show how content strategy, creative, software, and display technology work together to move airports and passengers forward.

Moving Airport Content Forward
Too often, airport communication projects start with technology decisions. Teams choose displays, platforms, and systems before defining the operational goals, passenger needs, and content strategy those investments should support.
That leads to fragmented experiences, disconnected stakeholders, underfunded content, and expensive technology that never reaches its full potential.
Airports have to start with strategy to make the most of their investments.
At FTE Global, Synect will share its Airport Content Framework for the first time. Our proprietary AI-powered platform is designed to guide airport teams through the decisions that shape their passenger communication.
The Framework brings airport objectives, passenger profiles and needs, journey stages, operational priorities, and communication best practices into one planning environment. Its automated tools can help airport teams:
Determine what should be communicated, where, when, and to whom
Develop strategic recommendations and creative concepts
Visualize content within real airport environments
Evaluate visibility, accessibility, and effectiveness
Align stakeholders and strengthen governance
Turn the resulting strategy into clear, usable deliverables
It will be featured as part of FTE’s Artificial Intelligence Tech & Innovation Briefing starting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning, where our team will share real-world examples to show how the Framework can compress weeks of planning into minutes.
Qualified airports and consultants can request a complimentary Airport Content Strategy Workshop to See a private demo of the Airport Content Framework. We only have 5 slots remaining, so get in touch with our team soon if you want to see the Framework for yourself.
Bringing Airport Experiences to Life at Booth C1
Synect and Daktronics’ booth will put the relationship between content and technology on full display.
Daktronics will showcase its chip-on-board display technology alongside Synect’s airport content, creative, software, and solutions.
Visitors can see how a visual ecosystem works together, from the display itself to the strategy and content passengers experience. The booth will demonstrate how purposeful content and technology can support everything from flight information and wayfinding to operational communication and high-impact passenger experiences.
Visitors will be able to explore functional airport communication and talk with both teams about building scalable visual ecosystems for real airport environments.
Moving Checkpoints Forward
The airport checkpoint is under pressure to evolve.

At 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, Synect CEO Yahav Ran will join Tom Ripp, CEO of Analogic, and Jason Hausner, Managing Director of Passenger Facilitation at Delta Air Lines, for our panel: “The Checkpoint Has Changed: How TSA Gold+ and Next-Generation Technology Are Redefining Airport Security Right Now.”
Moderated by Wendy Reiter, Managing Director, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the panel will explore what TSA Gold+ and the advent of new passenger-processing technologies mean for airports. This is a practical session designed to help attendees prepare for the next decade and beyond.
Even as technology advances, it’s only one part of checkpoint performance. Passengers still need to understand where to go, what to do, and what to expect.
Synect will share lessons from Better, Faster Security Checkpoints, including the recent deployment of checkpoint communication enhancements at 12 major U.S. airports, implemented as part of the Freedom 250, LLC event produced by Event Strategies Inc. The program uses strategically sequenced digital content to help passengers prepare earlier and navigate screening with greater confidence.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what is changing, what it means for their checkpoint, and what they should prepare for next.

Start Moving Forward at FTE
FTE Global is where the aviation industry convenes to see what’s next. This year, Synect will show how airports can turn new ideas, technologies, and investments into communication that works for passengers and operations. Throughout the show, you’ll be able to see our solutions at work in Booth C1 and on the ReadySeeGo® installations throughout the convention center.
